随着时代的发展,"00后"已成为大学的主力军,也是在网络和经济快速发展时代背景下成长起来的一代,具备非常显著的时代特点,更是具备非常鲜明的群体特性,因此,给高校的思政政治教育工作带来了全新的挑战及压力。强化"00后"的思政教育工作是现阶段各大高校在教学育人上的重要需求,在展开思政教育时,需要综合考量"00后"的个性特点、人格特征,了解其行为模式、心理变化规律等,改变传统的思想政治教育话语,使得思政话语的传播效度更高,优化高校思政教育工作的落实效果。

With the development of the times,the generation of “post-00s” have become the main force in the university,having grown up under the background of the rapid development of network and economy.They have very significant characteristics of the times,as well as distinctive group characteristics,which brings new challenges and pressure to college ideological and political education.Strengthening the ideological and political education for “post-00s” college students is an important demand for higher education for the present.When carrying out ideological and political education,we should give comprehensive consideration on their individual characteristics,personality characteristics,behavior patterns and psychological change laws,change the traditional discourse of ideological and political education,increase the communication validity of ideological and political discourse,and optimize the implementation effect of college ideological and political education.
