摘要
根据马尔可夫链模型的原理,建立数学模型,提出关键的算法步骤,依托于实例展开针对性的分析,明确模型的应用效果。结果表明,通过马尔可夫链模型的应用,可以剔除学生生源质量差异化等层面的影响,有效提高教学质量评价的客观性,使教师的教学质量评价结果可以反映出实际状况。模型分析中得到的数据具有重要的参考价值,教师可以对教学工作状况形成更深入的认识,在后续的教学活动中富有针对性地调整侧重点,在保持原有优势的同时改进不足,有的放矢地开展教学工作,充分彰显出因材施教的教学特色。
According to the principle of Markov chain model,the study involves the following:establishing the mathematical model,getting the key algorithm steps,making a targeted analysis based on the cases,and clarifying the application effect of the model.The results show that the application of Markov chain model can eliminate the influence from students’ quality differentiation,effectively improve the objectivity of teaching quality evaluation,and make the teacher’s evaluation on teaching quality fit with the actual situation.The data obtained from the model analysis has important reference value.Teachers can get a more in-depth understanding of the teaching situation,adjust the focus in the follow-up teaching activities,improve the deficiencies while maintaining the original advantages,develop the teaching work in a targeted manner,and fully highlight the teaching characteristic of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude.
