基于多源数据的杭州都市圈划定方法研究

A Delimitation Method of Hangzhou Metropolitan Area Based on Multi-Source Data

都市圈是社会劳动分工的产物,是城市发展的高级空间形态。目前,我国的城镇化已进行至后半场,都市圈在国家空间规划体系中起着承上启下的关键作用,向上链接城市群、经济带,向下衔接中心城市及其辐射区域。都市圈不是仅凭地理关系撮合而成,也并非基于简单的通勤1小时交通尺度来丈量,而是由内在的功能互补等因素决定,是自然的选择。为科学划定都市圈范围,笔者以杭州都市圈为例,利用手机信令、交通态势等多源地理时空大数据,从势力圈、联系圈、交通圈3个维度综合研究城镇互动下的都市圈范围,为都市圈划定提供一种新的研究思路。

Metropolitan area is the product of social division of labor and the advanced spatial form of urban development.At present,China’s urbanization has progressed to the latter half of the country.Metropolitan areas play a key role in the national spatial planning system,linking urban agglomerations and economic belts upward and connecting central cities and their radiation-driven regions downward.The metropolitan area is not only matched by geographical relationship,nor is it measured based on a simple traffic ruler of one hour commute,but is determined by internal complementary functions and other factors,which is a natural choice.In order to scientifically delimit the scope of metropolitan area,the author takes Hangzhou metropolitan area as an example,and studies the scope of metropolitan area under urban interaction from the three dimensions of influence circle,contact circle and traffic circle by using multi-source geographical space-time big data such as mobile phone signaling and traffic situation,providing a new research idea for the delimit of metropolitan area.
