摘要
以代代花(CAVA)为原料,采用闪式提取法提取代代花黄酮(CAVAF),以CAVAF得率为指标,在单因素基础上,采用响应面法优化提取工艺。结果表明:闪式提取法的最佳工艺条件为液料比21∶1(mL/g)、提取电压145 V、提取时间100 s,在此条件下,CAVAF得率为10.81%。抗氧化活性研究表明,在一定的质量浓度范围内,CAVAF对DPPH自由基和羟基自由基的清除率随着质量浓度的增加而增强,当CAVAF质量浓度为250μg/mL时,其对DPPH自由基和羟基自由基的清除率分别为75.51%和81.19%,表明CAVAF具有较强的抗氧化活性。
Using Citrus aurantium L.var.amara Engl.(CAVA)as raw material,the Citrus aurantium L.var.amara Engl.flavone(CAVAF)were extracted by flash extraction method.Taking the yield of CAVAF as the index,the extraction process was optimized by response surface method on the basis of single factor.The results showed that the optimum technological conditions of flash extraction were as follows:liquid-solid ratio 21∶1(mL/g),extraction voltage 145 V and extraction time 100 s.Under these conditions,the yield of CAVAF was 10.81%.The study of antioxidant activity showed that within a certain mass concentration range,the scavenging rate of CAVAF on DPPH free radical and hydroxyl free radical increased with the increase of mass concentration.When the mass concentration of CAVAF was 250μg/mL,the scavenging rates of CAVAF on DPPH free radical and hydroxyl free radical were 75.51%and 81.19%respectively,indicating that CAVAF had strong antioxidant activity.
