住院患者检查清单在介入科病房的应用探讨

目的探讨住院患者检查清单在介入科病房的应用效果。方法在介入专科病房运用清单式管理,将科室患者检查完成时间、手术完成时间、患者检查相关知识、患者对医护团队满意度和医师对护士管理患者检查工作的满意度,与实施检查清单前的调查结果进行比较。结果实施检查清单后,患者检查相关知识和对医护团队满意度、医师对护士管理患者检查的满意度均明显提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者检查完成时间和手术完成时间明显缩短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在介入科病房实施住院患者检查清单,能显著提高患者检查相关知识和对医护团队的满意度及医师对护士管理患者检查工作的满意度,缩短患者检查完成时间和手术完成时间,保障患者安全,促进患者尽速康复以及医护和谐团队的建立。

Objective To explore the effect of in-patient examination checklist in interventional ward.Methods Checklist management was applied in the interventional ward.The patients’examination completion time and operation completion time,the patients’knowledge about examination,the patients’s atisfaction with the medical team,and the doctors’satisfaction with nurse management of patient examination were investigated.The results were compared with those before the application of examination checklist.Results The patients’knowledge and satisfaction with the medical team,and the doctors’satisfaction with nurse management of patient examination were obviously improved after the implementation of the examination checklist,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Both the completion time of examination and operation were significantly shortened(P<0.05).Conclusions Carrying out inpatient examination checklist in interventional ward can significantly improve patients’knowledge of examination and satisfaction with medical team,and doctors’satisfaction with nurse management of patient examination,shorten the time of completion of patient examination and operation,ensure the safety of patients and promote the rapid rehabilitation of patients and the establishment of a harmonious medical team.
