智能张拉技术在高铁预应力箱梁施工中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 随着高铁智能技术的飞速发展,传统的箱梁施工中采用人工张拉的弊端愈来愈凸显,不仅施工效率较低、人工操作出现的误差较大,而且常常出现滑丝、断丝等质量通病,严重影响高铁桥梁施工进度和质量。以郑阜高铁淮阳南制梁场项目为研究对象,从智能张拉应用优势、构成、施工工艺等方面入手,简述了后张法现浇混凝土连续箱梁施工中智能张拉系统的应用技术。通过实践施工及相关数据研究分析,证明了智能张拉有操作方便、效率高、节省成本、精度高、误差小、降低劳动强度等等优势。 As high-speed railway intelligent technology develops rapidly,the conventional box girder construction under manual tension has increasingly distinct disadvantages,including not only low construction efficiency,big error of manual operation,but also the frequent occurrence of sliding wires and broken wires,which seriously affect the construction progress.Taking Huaiyang South girder fabrication Plant of Zhengzhou-Fuyang High-speed Railway as the research object,the application of intelligent tension technology in continuous construction of post-tensioned cast-in-situ concrete box girder is briefly introduced including its advantages,procedures and construction method.It has been proved from practice and data that intelligent tension has advantages of easy operation,high efficiency,cost saving,high precision,small error and reduction in labor intensity.
