高职思想政治教育“四维一体”生态模式建构

Construction of“Four Dimensions Integrated”Ecological Mode in Ideological and Political Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

当前高职思想政治教育工作中还普遍存在教育生态理念缺失、系统内诸要素生态位错乱以及顶层设计与基层实施失调等主要问题,在很大程度上影响着思想政治教育工作成效。注重坚持思想政治教育工作的目标性、系统性、动态性和实效性,是做好思想政治教育工作必须坚持的基本原则。构建多元主体协同育人机制、激发客体学习自觉意识、强化介体传导效能和促进环体正向导向作用的“四维一体”生态模式,有利于促进高职思想政治教育工作要素内部功能的优化和各要素之间的有机配合,进而有利于增强思想政治教育工作实效。

Currently the ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges is facing common problems such as lack of ecological ideas of education,misplacement of elements in the ecological system and failure to implement top-level design,affecting the effectiveness of the ideological and political education to a large extent.Focusing on the objectives,systematicness,dynamic character and effectiveness of ideological and political education is the basic principle.Constructing the ecological mode of"Four Dimensions Integrated",namely,constructing collaborative education mechanism of multi-subjects,arousing the students’spontaneous learning,strengthening the educational function of education resourses,and promoting positive guiding role of the environment,is conducive to optimizing the functions of internal factors of the ideological and political education and the coordination of all the elements,which helps to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education.
