新能源汽车技术专业“1+X”理实赛一体教学改革探索——以长江工程职业技术学院为例

Exploration on the Reform of“1+X”Theory and Practice Competition Integrated Teaching of New Energy Automobile Technology Major——A Case Study of Changjiang Institute of Technology

围绕《国家职业教育改革实施方案》提出的在高职院校启动“1+X”证书制度精神要求,长江工程职业技术学院探索构建高职新能源汽专业“理实赛”一体的教学体系,通过修订人才培养方案、专业诊改、课程诊改、“1+X”职业技能等级证书试点建设等方式促进了与“1+X”证书制度的融合,通过注重实效的高水平师资团队建设、注重综合服务能力的实训基地建设和注重提升技能的师生参赛机制保障了与“1+X”证书制度的融合。

According to the requirements to start the“1+X”certificate system spirit of“National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan”in higher vocational colleges,Changjiang Institute of Technology seeks to explore the construction of a teaching system integrating“theory and practice”for higher vocational new energy automobile major,and promote the integration with the“1+X”certificate system by revising the talent training program,professional diagnosis reform,curriculum diagnosis reform,and the pilot construction of“1+X”vocational skill level certificate.The integration with the“1+X”certificate system is guaranteed through the construction of a high-level teacher team focusing on practical results,construction of a training base focusing on comprehensive service ability and participation mechanism of teachers and students focusing on improving skills.
