摘要
针对“煤改电”用户亟需通过综合配置产能、储能与用能设备降低用能成本、减轻环保压力的问题,提出了综合考虑设备投资与运行费用经济性的户用综合能源利用系统优化配置双层规划模型.通过双层迭代优化求解得到户用综合能源利用系统优化配置方案.实际“煤改电”住宅用户算例表明,所提出的方法能够给出户用综合能源利用系统设备安装类型与容量的优化配置方案,使得“煤改电”用户投资运行成本最低.
Aiming at the problem that“coal-to-electricity”users urgently need to reduce energy costs and reduce environmental pressure through integrated configuration of production capacity,energy storage and energy consumption equipment,a bi-level programming model for the optimal configuration of household integrated energy utilization system was proposed with comprehensive consideration for both equipment investment and operation cost.The optimal configuration scheme for household integrated energy utilization system was obtained by the bi-level iterative optimization solution.The examples of actual“coal to electricity”residential users show that the as-proposed method can provide the optimal configuration scheme for equipment installation type and capacity of household integrated energy utilization system at the lowest investment operation cost for the“coal-to-electricity”users.
