摘要
目的探讨3D打印技术在改良微创NUSS手术中的可行性。方法对18例漏斗胸(PE)患者,依据胸部CT扫描数据,采用3D打印模型,选择合适手术入口,明确钢板长度和弧度,定制个性化钢板,辅助Nuss手术治疗。观察手术时间、Haller指数、术后住院时间和并发症等指标的改善情况。结果患者术后平均住院时间7.43±1.25d,Haller指数平均变化率(20.71±4.64)%,平均胸腔引流时间4.25±0.67d。所有患者均插入1条钢板。术后患者未出现血胸、气胸及钢板移位,在随访1年内无并发症。结论3D打印技术制作的钢板模型可以辅助Nuss手术,提高手术效率。
Objective To discuss the feasibility of the application of 3D pringting technology in improved minimally invasive NUSS operation.Methods 18 patients with pectus excavatum were selected.According to the data of CT chest tomography,we printed the PE model of each patient,so that we could choose the right surgical access,define the length and radian of the steel plate,and finally customize the personalized steel plate.The main observation indicators included the operation time,the Haller index,the time of postoperative hospitalization and the complications.Results The average postoperative hospitalization time was 7.43±1.25 d.the average change rate of Haller index was(20.71±4.64)%The average thoracic drainage time was 4.25±0.67 d after operation.All patients were treated with one nickelclad for Nuss surgery.There was no hemothorax,pneumothorax and plate displacement after surgery.There were no complications within 1 year of follow-up.Conclusion This preliminary report suggests that 3D printed nickelclad can be used for assisting Nuss operation and improve the operation efficiency.
