煤工尘肺患者生活习惯与病情恶化的相关性

Correlation between Living Habits and Disease Deterioration of Patients with Coal Workers’ Pneumoconiosis

目的探讨影响煤工尘肺患者病情恶化的生活习惯因素,提出针对性的健康生活习惯建议。方法用自制的问卷对怀仁市芦子沟煤矿和大同市姜家湾煤矿的105例一期男性煤工尘肺患者的生活习惯和病情恶化(病情由Ⅰ期转为为Ⅱ期或以上)情况进行调查,并探讨其生活习惯中与病情恶化相关的因素。结果在煤工尘肺患者的生活习惯中,体育锻炼习惯和其他谋生技能是影响预防其病情恶化的主要因素,差异具有统计学意义。结论应该提倡煤工尘肺患者适度的体育运动,鼓励其在工作之余,发展其他谋生技能,弱化自身对煤矿工作的过度依赖,从而降低病情恶化的概率,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the life habit factors of patients with coal workers'pneumoconiosis,and put forward some suggestions for healthy life habits.Methods a self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the living habits and deterioration of 105 cases of coal workers'pneumoconiosis in Luzigou Coal Mine of Huairen and Jiangjiawan Coal Mine of Datong City in the first stage.Results Among the living habits of coal workers with pneumoconiosis,physical exercise habits and other life skills were the main factors to prevent the deterioration of the disease,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion We should encourage the patients with coal workers'pneumoconiosis to take proper sports,develop other life skills after work,reduce their over dependence on coal mine work,so as to reduce the probability of disease deterioration and improve the quality of life of the patients.
