摘要
因多种主客观原因,地方高职院校的人才培养存在着重技能轻理论、重知识轻文化、重表象轻内涵,重当下轻未来等现象。文章从人才培养内生动力的产生和制约层面对此现象产生的深层次原因进行剖析,聚焦人才培养内生动力的集聚与发展,对解决上述问题进行了分析与梳理,进而提出地方高职院校人才培养内生动力的提升路径:实施人才分类培养,凝聚办学特色,实现异质发展;汇聚多元资源,加强横向合作实现多方共赢;完善培养体系,职、普教育共促,实现融通发展。
Due to a variety of subjective and objective reasons, there are some phenomena in talent cultivation in local higher vocational colleges,such as emphasizing skills over theory, knowledge over culture,representation over connotation and present over future. This paper analyzes the deep reasons of the phenomenon from the level of generation and restriction of the endogenous power of talent cultivation, then focuses on gathering and development of the endogenous power of talent cultivation to analyze and tease the solutions to the problems above,therefore comes to a conclusion of endogenous power promotion paths from multi-aspects such as implementing the classified cultivation of talents, condensing the characteristics of running a school to realize the heterogeneous development,pulling diverse resources to strengthen horizontal cooperation for all-win results, improving the training system for vocational and general education jointly achieving integrated development.
