摘要 目的Meta整合新护士对规范化培训真实体验的质性研究,为提升规范化培训水平、提高临床护理质量提供依据。方法检索并收集建库至2021年6月发表于中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库、维普数据库(VIP)、中国生物医学数据库(CBM)、PubMed、The Cochrane Library、CINAHL、Web Of Science和EMbase中有关新护士规范化培训体验的质性研究,进行文献质量评价,采用Meta整合的方法对结果进行整合。结果共纳入15篇文献,提炼出49个明确结果、11个新类别、3个整合结果,分别是胜任能力提升、身心压力俱增以及积极的自我认知。结论通过规范化培训,新护士的各项工作能力得到锻炼,自身职业素质得到提升,但也受到各种应激源的不利影响,护理管理者应针对新护士的需求进行干预,完善培训策略,从而促进新护士的成长,进而提高临床护理质量。 Objective To systematically evaluate the qualitative research on the real experience of new nurses in standardized training to provide the basis for improving the standard training level and the quality of clinical nursing.Methods Qualitative studies on the standardized training experience of new nurses were retrieved and collected from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wangfang Database,VIP database,Chinese Biomedical Database(CBM),PubMed,The Cochrane Library,CINAHL,Web of Science,and EMbase.And the retrieval time was from the establishment of the database to June 2021.After reviewing the quality of the literatures,the Meta-integration method was used to explain and integrate the research results.Results A total of 15 pieces of research literatures were included.This study extracted 49 clear results,11 new categories,and 3 integrated results,including enhanced competency,increased physical and mental stress,and positive self-perception.Conclusion Through standardized training,the working ability of new nurses is exercised and their professional quality is improved,but it is also adversely affected by various stressors.Nursing managers shall intervene in accordance with the needs of new nurses and improve training strategies,so as to promote the growth of new nurses and improve the quality of clinical nursing.
