基于CiteSpace的乳腺癌患者心理研究领域国际研究热点的可视化分析

Visual analysis of international hotspots in the field of research of breast cancer patients based on CiteSpace

目的了解乳腺癌患者心理研究领域的研究趋势及研究前沿、热点动态,为研究人员全面把握该领域的研究态势提供借鉴及参考。方法以Web of Science核心合集数据库为数据来源,以1992-2021年发表的乳腺癌患者心理领域的外文文献为主要分析对象,使用CiteSpace5.7.R5W(64-bit)进行文献可视化分析。结果美国乳腺癌患者心理研究领域发文量居世界首位,知识基础主要围绕流行病学、研究方法、研究内容等方面展开,研究前沿主要围绕社会/家庭状态、运动疗法、自我管理、认知障碍等逐步发展变化,近6个月研究热点主要集中在症状群、线上支持、癌症担心、替代疗法等方面。结论我国未来应该加强与外国在乳腺癌心理研究领域的合作,关注研究前沿及动态、深入探讨研究热点,提高我国该领域的研究水平,以期解决乳腺癌患者心理研究领域的相关难题。

Objective To understand the trends,frontiers,and hotspots of researches on breast cancer patients'psychological,so as to provide methods and reference for researchers to fully grasp the research situation in this field.Methods Publications from 1992 to 2021 were retrieved from the Web of Science core collection database in breast cancer patients'psychological field.CiteSpace5.7.R5W(64-bit)was used to visualize the results of literature.Results The United States ranked first in the world on the research of breast cancer patients'psychological.The knowledge base mainly focused on epidemiology,research methods,research content,and other aspects.The frontiers of research mainly focused on social or family status,exercise therapy,selfmanagement,cognitive impairment,etc.Research hotspots in the past 6 months had mainly focused on symptom clusters,online support,cancer concerns,and alternative therapies.Conclusion In the future,our country shall strengthen cooperation with foreign countries in the field of breast cancer psychological research,pay attention to research frontiers and trends,discuss research hotspots in depth,and improve the level of research in this field in our country,with a view to solving related problems in the field of breast cancer patients'psychological research.
