摘要
目的在模拟教学广泛应用的成熟阶段,系统评价助产学生的模拟学习体验,为助产模拟课程的开发与改进提供依据。方法计算机检索Cochrane Library、Joanna Briggs Institute、PubMed、Embase、Scopus、Web of Science、ProQuest、CINAHL、中国知网、万方、维普数据库关于助产模拟教学的质性研究。基于近15年来模拟技术的发展与教学革新,将检索时限定为2005年1月1日—2020年10月30日。使用JBI-QARI标准化数据提取工具对纳入文献进行资料提取和质量评价,并进行Meta整合。结果共纳入18篇文献,提炼出42个研究结果,归纳为7个类别,并进一步整合为3个结果。整合结果1:“成为”助产士;整合结果2:压力与应对;整合结果3:影响模拟学习体验的因素。结论融入助产哲学,拓展助产模拟教学的应用维度;创设心理安全的学习环境,改善模拟学习体验;以学生为中心,构建低成本、高保真、可持续的助产模拟教学模式,以弥合实践标准与模拟教学间的差距。
Objective To systematically evaluate the midwifery students'simulation-based learning(SBL)experiences in the mature stage of the extensive application of SBL,so as to provide a basis for development and improvement of simulation course of midwifery.Methods Based on the technology development and teaching innovation of SBL in the past 15 years,the literature covering the period from Jan 1^(st) 2005 to Oct 30 th 2020 on qualitative research on SBL in midwifery education was retrieved in the following databases:Cochrane Library,Joanna Briggs Institute,PubMed,Embase,Scopus,Web of Science,ProQuest,CINAHL,China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang,and VIP database.The JBI-QARI standardized data extraction tool was used for data extraction and quality evaluation of the included literatures,and Meta-synthesis was conducted.Results A total of 18 literatures were included,42 research findings were extracted,summarized into 7 categories.Meta-synthesis of these categories generated three synthesized findings:‘to be’a midwife;stress and coping;factors affecting the SBL experiences.Conclusion Integrating the philosophy of midwifery to expand the application dimension of midwifery SBL;create a psychologically safe learning environment to improve the SBL experiences.A student-centered,low-cost,high-fidelity,and sustainable midwifery simulation teaching model is constructed.
