护理专业学生参与养老志愿服务活动实践困境的质性研究

Qualitative research on the practical difficulties of nursing students'participation in voluntary service activities for the aged

目的了解护理专业学生在参与养老志愿服务实践过程中所遇到的困难,为完善和发展养老志愿服务活动提供参考依据。方法采用质性研究的方法对13名符合纳入标准的护生志愿者进行半结构式访谈,并使用Colaizzi现象学7步分析法进行资料的分析、归纳和总结。结果提炼出护理专业学生在参与养老志愿服务中实践困境的4个主题:志愿服务活动组织协调性弱;志愿者与老人沟通交流存在障碍;养老志愿服务不被老人接受和认可;疾病所带来的服务挑战。结论养老志愿服务活动需完善组织管理,并提升志愿者的服务能力和综合素质,社会各方可增强对养老志愿服务的关注和支持,以帮助解决志愿者在服务过程中遇到的困难,促进养老志愿服务活动稳定发展。

Objective To understand the difficulties encountered by nursing students in the practice of voluntary service for the aged,and to provide reference for the improvement and development of voluntary service for the aged.Methods A semi-structured interview was conducted among 13 nursing students who met the inclusion criteria by qualitative research method,and the data were analyzed,concluded,and summarized by Colaizzi phenomenological 7-step analysis method.Results Four themes of nursing students'practical difficulties in participating in voluntary service for the aged were extracted:weak organization and coordination of voluntary service activities,obstacles in communication between volunteers and the elderly,non-acceptance and recognition of voluntary service for the aged by the elderly,and service challenges brought by diseases.Conclusion The organization and management of voluntary service activity for the aged shall be improved,and the service ability and comprehensive quality of volunteers shall be promoted.All sectors of society can strengthen their attention and support to voluntary service for the aged,so as to help solve the problems encountered by volunteers in the process of service and promote the stable development of voluntary service activity for the aged.
