摘要
在筋冷式IC411电机机座上四个圆周均布的通风道内增设若干圆形冷却管,该冷却管从外风罩处吸入冷风,从电机轴伸端排出热风,以辅助冷却内循环中的热空气。理论计算证明,该辅助风路能有效提升IC411电机散热能力和电机容量。
A number of circular cooling pipes are added inside the four circularly evenly distributed ventilation ducts on the rib cooling frame of the IC411 motor,to draw in the cooling air from the external fan cover and drain hot air out of the drive end of motor,to assist in cooling the internal hot air.Theoretical calculation proves that the auxiliary wind path is able effectively to improve the heat dissipation capacity and power of the IC411 motor.
