酸枣仁汤联合右佐匹克隆治疗原发性失眠临床研究

Clinical Study on Suanzaoren Tang Combined with Eszopiclone for Primary Insomnia

目的:观察酸枣仁汤联合右佐匹克隆片治疗原发性失眠患者的临床疗效及对不良情绪、睡眠质量、安全性的影响。方法:选取80例原发性失眠患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组各40例。对照组给予右佐匹克隆片治疗,研究组给予酸枣仁汤联合右佐匹克隆治疗。比较2组临床总有效率及不良反应发生率;比较2组治疗前后SPIEGEL睡眠量表评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分及血清γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)、P物质(SP)、脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)水平。结果:研究组临床总有效率92.50%,高于对照组75.00%(P<0.05)。与同组治疗前比较,治疗后2组SPIEGEL、PSQI、HAMA、HAMD评分及血清SP水平均降低(P<0.05),血清GABA、BDNF水平升高(P<0.05);与对照组治疗后比较,研究组治疗后SPIEGEL、PSQI、HAMA、HAMD评分及血清SP水平均较低(P<0.05),血清GABA、BDNF水平较高(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:酸枣仁汤联合右佐匹克隆片治疗原发性失眠患者的临床疗效显著,能够减轻不良情绪,提高睡眠质量,调节血清GABA、BDNF、SP水平,且安全性较好。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of Suanzaoren tang combined with eszopiclone tablets on patients with primary insomnia and its influence on bad mood,sleep quality and safety.Methods:A total of 80 patients with primary insomnia were divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with eszopiclone tablets,and the study group was treated with Suanzaoren tang combined with eszopiclone tablets.The total effective rates and incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared.Before and after treatment,the scores of SPIEGEL Scale,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression(HAMD)and serum levels ofγ-amino butyric acid(GABA),substance P(SP)and brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)in the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate was 92.50%in the study group,higher than that of 75.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of SPIEGEL,PSQI,HAMA,and HAMD and serum levels of SP in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the serum levels of GABA and BDNF were increased(P<0.05);the scores of SPIEGEL,PSQI,HAMA,and HAMD and serum levels of SP in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the serum levels of GABA and BDNF were higher(P<0.05).There was no significant difference being found in the comparison of incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Suanzaoren tang combined with eszopiclone tablets has a significant clinical effect on primary insomnia,which can reduce the bad mood,improve the sleep quality,and regulate the serum levels of GABA,BDNF and SP,with good safety.
