益气泻肺汤联合常规西药治疗慢性心力衰竭临床研究

Clinical Study on Yiqi Xiefei Tang Combined with Routine Western Medicine for Chronic Heart Failure

目的:观察益气泻肺汤联合常规西药治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法:回顾性选取110例慢性心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,按照不同治疗方式分成观察组和对照组各55例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上口服益气泻肺汤。比较2组临床疗效,检测治疗前后血清氨基末端B型尿钠肽前体(NT-Pro BNP)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、6 min步行试验(6MWT)、明尼苏达生活质量评分(MLHFQ)。结果:观察组总有效率为89.1%,高于对照组72.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组NT-Pro BNP、CRP、LVEF、6MWT、MLHFQ水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组NT-Pro BNP、CRP、MLHFQ水平低于治疗前,且观察组NT-Pro BNP、CRP、MLHFQ水平低于对照组(P<0.05);2组LVEF、6MWT水平高于治疗前,且观察组LVEF、6MWT水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益气泻肺汤联合常规西药治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效较好,能改善患者心功能、运动耐力,提高患者生活质量。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Xiefei tang combined with routine western medicine on chronic heart failure.Methods:A total of 110 patients with chronic heart failure were retrospectively selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to different treatment methods,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine western medicine,and the observation group was additionally treated with Yiqi Xiefei tang based on the treatment of the control group.The clinical effects in the two groups were compared.Before and after treatment,the levels of serum N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide(NT-pro BNP),C-reactive protein(CRP),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),Six-Mintue Walk Test(6 MWT)and Minnesota Living with Heart Failure Questionnaire(MLHFQ)in the two groups were detected.Results:The total effective rate was 89.1%in the observation group,higher than that of 72.7%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of levels of NT-Pro BNP,CRP,LVEF,6 MWT and MLHFQ between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of NT-Pro BNP,CRP and MLHFQ in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and the above levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the levels of LVEF and 6 MWT in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment,and the above levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Yiqi Xiefei tang combined with routine western medicine for chronic heart failure has a good curative effect,which can improve the heart function,exercise endurance and the quality of life of patients.
