健脾清湿汤联合莫沙必利治疗2型糖尿病胃轻瘫临床研究

Clinical Study on Jianpi Qingshi Tang Combined with Mosapril for Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Complicated with Gastroparesis

目的:观察健脾清湿汤联合莫沙必利片治疗2型糖尿病合并胃轻瘫患者的临床效果。方法:选取94例2型糖尿病胃轻瘫患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各47例。对照组仅以莫沙必利片治疗,观察组以健脾清湿汤联合莫沙必利片治疗。比较2组治疗前后血糖值、胃动素和胃泌素水平变化情况及中医证候积分,并比较2组治疗过程中的不良反应发生情况。结果:与同组治疗前比较,治疗后2组空腹血糖值、餐后2 h血糖值、血清胃动素、胃泌素水平及中医证候积分均降低(P<0.05);与对照组治疗后比较,观察组治疗后空腹血糖值、餐后2 h血糖值、血清胃动素、胃泌素水平及中医证候积分均较低(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:健脾清湿汤联合莫沙必利片可降低2型糖尿病合并胃轻瘫患者血糖值,更好地促进患者的胃排放功能,缓解其临床症状。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Jianpi Qingshi tang combined with mosapril tablets for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with gastroparesis.Methods:A total of 94 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with gastroparesis were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was simply treated with mosapril tablets,and the observation group was treated with Jianpi Qingshi tang combined with mosapril tablets.The changes in blood glucose values,motilin and gastrin levels,and the Chinese medicine syndrome scores before and after treatment,as well as the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment in the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the values of fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2 h blood glucose,the levels of motilin and gastrin in serum and the Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the values of fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2 h blood glucose,the levels of motilin and gastrin in serum and the Chinese medicine syndrome score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Jianpi Qingshi tang combined with mosapril tablets can reduce the blood glucose level for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with gastroparesis,and can better promote their gastric emission function and relieve their clinical symptoms.
