温补脾肾汤联合西药治疗慢性肾小球肾炎临床研究

Clinical Study on Wenbu Pishen Tang Combined with Western Medicine for Chronic Glomerulonephritis

目的:观察温补脾肾汤联合西药治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床疗效。方法:将68例慢性肾小球肾炎患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各34例。对照组给予氯沙坦、卡托普利等西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予温补脾肾汤口服治疗,治疗3个月。比较2组临床疗效及治疗前后中医证候评分及肾小球滤过率、24 h尿蛋白定量、血肌酐、尿素氮水平。结果:观察组总有效率为88.24%,高于对照组55.88%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组中医证候积分较治疗前降低,且观察组中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组肾小球滤过率、24 h尿蛋白定量、血肌酐、尿素氮水平低于治疗前,且观察组各项指标均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温补脾肾汤联合西药治疗慢性肾小球肾炎可更好地改善患者肾功能和临床症状,提高治疗效果。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of Wenbu Pishen tang combined with western medicine on chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods:A total of 68 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine such as losartan and captopril,and the observation group was additionally given an oral administration of Wenbu Pishen tang based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for three months.The Chinese medicine syndrome scores and levels of glomerular filtration rate,24 h urine protein,serum creatinine and urea nitrogen before and after treatment and clinical effects in the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate was 88.24%in the observation group,higher than that of 55.88%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of glomerular filtration rate,24 h urine protein,serum creatinine and urea nitrogen in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and the above levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Wenbu Pishen tang combined with western medicine for chronic glomerulonephritis can better improve patients’kidney function,clinical symptoms,and therapeutic effects.
