针刺联合耳穴贴压治疗单纯性肥胖临床研究

Clinical Study on Acupuncture Combined with Auricular Point Sticking for Simple Obesity

目的:观察针刺联合耳穴贴压治疗单纯性肥胖的临床疗效。方法:选取72例单纯性肥胖患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为A组、B组和C组,各24例。A组给予针刺治疗,B组给予耳穴贴压治疗,C组给予针刺联合耳穴贴压治疗。比较3组治疗前后空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗指数及体质量、体质量指数(BMI)、内脏脂肪面积(VFA)及体脂率(BF%)变化情况。结果:治疗后,3组空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素及胰岛素抵抗指数较治疗前降低,治疗后C组空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素及胰岛素抵抗指数均明显低于A组和B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,3组体质量、BMI、VFA及BF%均较治疗前降低,治疗后C组体质量、BMI、VFA及BF%均显著低于A组和B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺联合耳穴贴压治疗单纯性肥胖可有效改善患者空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素水平,降低体质量。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with auricular point sticking for simple obesity.Methods:A total of 72 cases of patients with simple obesity were selected as research objects,and were divided into Group A,Group B and Group C according to the random number table method,with 24 cases in each group.Group A was treated with acupuncture;Group B was treated with auricular point sticking;Group C was treated with acupuncture combined with auricular point sticking.The changes in levels of fasting blood glucose,fasting insulin and insulin resistance index,body weight,body mass index(BMI),visceral fat area(VFA)and body fat rate(BF%)before and after treatment in the three groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose,fasting insulin and insulin resistance index in the three groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and the above levels in Group C were significantly lower than those in Group A and Group B,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,body weight,BMI,VFA and BF%in the three groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and the above indexes in Group C were significantly lower than those in Group A and Group B,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of acupuncture combined with auricular point sticking for simple obesity can effectively improve the levels of fasting blood glucose and fasting insulin in patients,and reduce body weight.
