耳穴埋籽法治疗后循环缺血性眩晕临床研究

Clinical Study on Auricular Point Pressing with Seeds for Posterior Circulation Ischemic Vertigo

目的:观察耳穴埋籽法治疗后循环缺血性眩晕的临床疗效。方法:选取80例后循环缺血性眩晕患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组给予常规药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予耳穴埋籽法治疗。观察2组临床疗效,比较2组治疗前后中医证候积分及基底动脉(BA)、左椎动脉(LVA)、右椎动脉(RVA)血流峰值速度。结果:观察组总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组82.50%,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组中医证候积分较治疗前降低,且观察组中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组LVA、BA、RVA的血流峰值速度较治疗前升高,且观察组LVA、BA、RVA的血流峰值速度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:耳穴埋籽法治疗后循环缺血性眩晕临床疗效显著,可明显改善患者临床症状,提高血流速度,改善脑缺血症状。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of auricular point pressing with seeds on posterior circulation ischemic vertigo.Methods:A total of 80 patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine medicine treatment,and the observation group was additionally given auricular point pressing with seeds based on the treatment of the control group.The clinical effects in the two groups were observed,and the Chinese medicine syndrome scores and the levels of peak blood flow velocity of basilar artery(BA),left vertebral artery(LVA)and right vertebral artery(RVA)before and after treatment in the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate was 95.00%in the observation group,higher than that of 82.50%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Chinese medicine symptom scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of peak blood flow velocity of LVA,BA and RVA in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment,and the above levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of auricular point pressing with seeds for posterior circulation ischemic vertigo has a significant clinical curative effect,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,blood flow velocity and cerebral ischemia symptoms of patients.
