摘要
目的观察一种臭氧水消毒机对水体的消毒效果。方法通过模拟现场和现场消毒试验,对该臭氧水消毒机的水体消毒效果进行观察。结果臭氧发生器启动后,水中臭氧浓度逐渐上升,到40 min时浓度达到峰值,即1.848 mg/L。用该臭氧水消毒机处理不同浓度梯度的大肠埃希菌污染水样,当水样细菌含量为2.12×10^(3) cfu/100 mL时,2 min即可使大肠埃希菌含量下降至0 cfu/100 mL,随着处理水样中试验菌含量的增加,所需要的处理时间逐渐延长。现场试验中,作用5 min后自然水中大肠埃希菌的含量降为0 cfu/100 mL。结论该臭氧水消毒机对水体杀菌效果良好。
Objective To study the disinfection effect of an ozone water disinfector.Methods Simulated field test and field test were used to observe the disinfection effect of the ozone water disinfector.Results The results showed that the concentration of ozone in the water increased gradually after the ozone generator was started,and reached the peak(1.848 mg/L) at 40 min.When the concentration of Escherichia coli was 2.12×10^(3) cfu/100 mL,the concentration of Escherichia coli decreased to 0 cfu/100 mL treated by the ozone water within 2 min.The processing time required was gradually increased with the concentration of Escherichia coli increaseing.In the field experiment,the concentration of Escherichia coli in rain water was reduced to 0 cfu/100 mL after 5 min of treatment.Conclusion The ozone water disinfector has good germicidal efficacy for water.
