静电喷雾技术在消毒领域的应用研究

Application of electrostatic spraying in disinfection

目的研究静电喷雾技术在消毒防疫领域的应用效果。方法将染菌载体放入静电喷雾设备消毒通道,采用载体定量杀菌试验方法对消毒前及消毒15、30和45 min后载体上的细菌数进行检测。结果静电喷雾设备消毒通道内采用4个喷头喷雾10 s,约喷出浓度为5 000 mg/L二氧化氯消毒液200~300 mL,作用时间30 min,对通道内载体片上的大肠埃希菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭对数值均>3.0;对物体表面上自然菌平均杀灭率约为92.65%。结论该静电喷雾消毒设备喷雾二氧化氯消毒液对室内物体表面具有良好的消毒效果。

Objective To research the application effect of electrostatic spraying in disinfection.Methods Putting bacterial carrier in disinfection channel,and carrier quantitative germicidal test was used to compare the disinfection effect.Results Spraying surfaces of the target 10 s with 5 000 mg/L ClO_(2) as disinfectant in disinfection channel.After 30 min,the killing logarithm values of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus on carrier were all >3.0 and the killing rate of natural bacteria was 92.65%.Conclusion The electrostatic spraying has good disinfection effect on object surface.
