摘要
目的研究2种低温过氧化氢在-18℃和-40℃条件下的杀菌效果。方法采用载体定量杀菌试验和物体表面模拟现场杀菌试验方法,选用大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌和白色念珠菌作为指示菌,对2种低温过氧化氢消毒液在-18℃和-40℃的杀菌效果进行评价。结果在-18℃恒温条件下,低温过氧化氢消毒液Ⅰ型作用3 min,对载体上4种菌杀灭对数值均>5.00;在-18℃冷库环境条件下,对最难消毒位置的染菌布片喷洒作用3 min,对载体布片上的4种菌杀灭对数值均>3.00。在-40℃恒温条件下,低温过氧化氢消毒液Ⅱ型作用45 min,对载体上4种菌杀灭对数值均>3.00;在-40℃冷库环境条件下,对最难消毒位置的染菌布片喷洒作用45 min,对载体布片上的4种菌杀灭对数值均>3.00。2种消毒液在规定温度下放置8 h均能保持液体透明,无结晶,无析出。结论 2种低温过氧化氢消毒液在规定温度下的杀菌试验均能达到预期的效果。
Objective To study the bactericidal effects of two kinds of low temperature hydrogen peroxide at-18℃ and-40℃.Methods The germicidal efficacy of two kinds of low temperature hydrogen peroxide disinfectants at-18℃ and-40℃ were evaluated by carrier quantitative germicidal test and surface simulated field germicidal test,and Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Candida albicans were selected as representative test strains.Results At-18℃,LIRCON? low-temperature hydrogen peroxide disinfectant treated for 3 min,the killing logarithm value of four kinds of bacteria on the carrier were all > 3.00.Under the condition of-18℃ cold storage,after spraying the bacteria-stained cloth at the most difficult disinfection location for 3 min,the insecticide pair values of the four kinds of bacteria on the carrier cloth were >3.00.At-40℃,LIRCON? low-temperature hydrogen peroxide disinfectant type II treated for 45 min,and the killing coefficient of four kinds of bacteria on the carrier were >3.00.Under the cold storage condition of-40℃,the insecticidal pair values of four kinds of bacteria on the carrier cloth were >3.00 after spraying for 45 min on the bacteria-stained cloth at the most difficult disinfection location.And the two kinds of disinfectant could keep the liquid transparent,no crystallization,no precipitation at the specified temperature for 8 h.Conclusion The two kinds of low temperature hydrogen peroxide disinfectant can achieve the desired effect in the disinfection test at the specified temperature.
