1981—2020年国内外医疗废物研究热点文献计量学与可视化分析

Visualized analysis and metrology of research hotspots and development trends of medical waste from 1981 to 2020

目的了解国内外医疗废物的研究热点,探索医疗废物研究领域未来的发展方向。方法计算机检索中国知网(CNKI)和Pubmed建库至今所有医疗废物相关文献,通过CiteSpace5.6.R2软件及VOSviewer软件对相关文献"作者合作网络""关键词"进行可视化分析。结果 1981—2020年国内医疗废物研究作者合作网络分析结果显示,我国医疗废物相关研究领域形成以孙宁、吴安华、严建华为主的3个主要分支,各分支内部科研合作较多,但分支间合作较少。关键词分析显示,中文高频关键词在近些年主要集中为"医疗废物、医疗废物管理、医院感染、管理、职业暴露"等。英文高频关键词在近些年主要集中为"medical waste disposal(医疗废物处理)、medical waste(医疗废物)、needles injuries(针刺伤)、dental waste(口腔医疗废物)"等。结论医疗废物处理是国内外研究热点,此外我国目前研究方向为医疗废物管理及对策等,国外研究方向为医疗废物的环境暴露对人群健康产生危害的风险。

Objective To understand the current situation,hot spots and changing trends of medical waste research,and to explore the future development direction of medical waste related research.Methods Chinese and English databases were searched by computer,with CNKI and Pubmed as the data source.The related documents were visually analyzed by CiteSpace5.6.R2 software and VOSviewer software,and the research hotspots and frontiers of medical waste at home and abroad were explored and analyzed.Results The analysis results of the cooperation network of domestic medical waste research authors showed that scientific research groups had been formed SUN Ning,WU An-hua and YAN Jian-hua in groups in China.The scientific research cooperation within each group was frequent,but the cooperation between groups was less.Keywords analysis showed that the current research direction in China were “grass-roots medical institutions,occupational exposure,pollution prevention,solid waste and prevention and control”.In recent years,the English pop-up keywords were mainly “medical waste disposal,medical waste,needles injuries,dental waste” etc.Conclusion At present,medical waste disposition is the hot topic all over the world.In China,it is focus on the management of medical waste,and it is focus on exposure of medical waste to human health at abroad.
