摘要
基于SPD智慧供应链管理是近年来医院物流管理的新模式,其以质量管理为保障,以优化流程为核心,通过信息化技术和智能设备实现医用耗材的一体化闭环管理,达到降本增效的作用。为提高医院耗材管理效率,控制耗材成本,东莞市松山湖中心医院与第三方合作实施了院内SPD智慧供应链项目。本文重点介绍了SPD项目原理、管理架构、实施内容及取得效果,最后对SPD项目实施过程进行总结并提出建议,旨在为医院物流管理工作的开展提供理论参考。
Smart supply chain management based on SPD is a new mode of hospital logistics management in recent years.With quality management as the guarantee and process optimization as the core,it realizes the integrated closed-loop management of medical consumables through information technology and intelligent equipment,so as to reduce costs and increase benefits.In order to improve hospital consumable management efficiency and control consumable cost,Dongguan Songshanhu Central Hospital cooperates with a third party to implement the SPD smart supply chain project in the hospital.In this paper,the principle,management structure,implementation content and results of SPD project are introduced in detail.Finally,the implementation process of SPD project is summarized and analyzed,and suggestions are put forward.
