基于CiteSpace的护理领域新冠病毒肺炎研究热点的文献计量分析

Bibliometric Analysis of Research Hotspots of Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia in Nursing Field Based on CiteSpace

目的了解国内外在新冠病毒肺炎疫情期间护理领域有关该病的研究热点以及后疫情时代可能的研究方向。方法以“新冠病毒肺炎”和“护理”为关键词,检索2019年10月-2021年8月中国知网(CNKI)和Web of Science数据库,获得护理领域与新冠肺炎主题相关的中英文文献,应用CiteSpace可视化软件对文献的作者、机构、国家和关键词进行分析。结果共检索到中文文献2055篇,英文文献1419篇;中文发文量最多的作者是汪晖(44篇),英文发文量最多的作者是Anonymous(8篇);中文文献的关键词共现为新冠病毒肺炎、新型冠状病毒、新冠肺炎、护理管理、护理人员等。英文文献的关键词共现为COVID-19、nurse、pandemic、nursing、stress、mental health等;主要发文国家为美国、中国、英国等;疫情期间护理领域有关新冠肺炎的研究热点主要包括相关人员的心理健康、护理人员的组织管理及疫苗接种等问题。结论在无特效药的背景下,疫情防控始终是重点,在护理领域疫苗接种仍可能是当前一段时间的研究热点,而对新冠肺炎患者出院后健康状况的关注可能是未来关注的重点。

Objective To understand the research hotspots and possible research directions of the novel coronavirus pneumonia in the field of nursing during the epidemic period at home and abroad.Methods With the keywords of“novel coronavirus pneumonia”and“nursing”,CNKI and Web of Science databases from October 2019 to August 2021 were searched to obtain Chinese and English literatures related to the theme of novel coronavirus pneumonia in the field of nursing.The authors,institutions,countries and keywords of the literatures were analyzed by CiteSpace visualization software.Results A total of 2055 Chinese and 1419 English articles were retrieved.WANG Hui(44 articles)had the largest number of Chinese articles,and Anonymous(8 articles)had the largest number of English articles.Key words in Chinese literature were novel coronavirus pneumonia,novel coronavirus,novel coronavirus pneumonia,nursing management,nursing staff,etc.The keywords in English literature were COVID-19,nurses,nurses,nursing,stress,mental health,etc.;the main countries of publication were the United States,China,the United Kingdom,etc.;the research hotspots in the field of nursing during the epidemic period mainly included the mental health of relevant personnel,the organization and management of nursing staff,and vaccination.Conclusion Epidemic prevention and control remains the focus during the era which absenting the specific drug,and vaccination in the field of nursing is likely to remain a research hotspot for some time now,while the health status of novel coronavirus pneumonia patients after discharge may be the focus of future attention.
