益气健脾通便方联合针刺天枢穴治疗慢传输型便秘的疗效

Effect of Yiqi Jianpi Tongbian Decoction Combined with Acupuncture at Tianshu Point on Slow Transit Constipation

目的观察益气健脾通便方联合针刺天枢穴治疗慢传输型便秘的临床疗效。方法选取2020年6月-2021年2月就诊于安徽中医药大学第一附属医院肛肠科的肺脾气虚证慢传输型便秘患者60例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。对照组予以枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片治疗,治疗组予以益气健脾通便方联合针刺天枢穴治疗,比较两组临床疗效、便秘症状评分及结肠传输试验结果。结果治疗组总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后便秘症状评分低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组服药后48、72 h排出标记物数目高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益气健脾通便方联合针刺天枢穴治疗慢传输型便秘肺脾气虚证效果确切,可有效缓解患者便秘症状,其效果优于单纯西药治疗。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Jianpi Tongbian decoction combined with acupuncture at Tianshu point in the treatment of slow transit constipation.Methods From June 2020 to February 2021,60 patients with slow transit constipation of lung and spleen qi deficiency syndrome who were treated at the Department of Anorectal,the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects.They were divided into treatment group and control group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mosapride citrate dispersible tablets,and the treatment group was treated with Yiqi Jianpi Tongbian decoction combined with acupuncture at Tianshu point.The clinical efficacy,constipation symptom score and colon transmission test results of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,which was higher than 70.00% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The constipation symptom score of the two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of markers discharged at 48 and 72 h after medication in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Jianpi Tongbian decoction combined with acupuncture at Tianshu point is effective in the treatment of lung-spleen qi deficiency syndrome of slow transit constipation,which can effectively relieve constipation symptoms of patients,and its effect is better than that of western medicine alone.
