The Centennial Rural Policy of Communist Party of China: Achievement, Experience

党的十九届六中全会从党和国家事业发展全局出发,深入研究党领导人民进行革命、建设、改革的百年历程,系统总结了党的百年奋斗重大成就和历史经验。其中,党在领导农村革命、建设、改革进程中所取得的成就和积累的经验,是百年党史上极为浓墨重彩的一笔。本文梳理了百年来党领导农村发展的五大历史性成就,将党的百年农村政策的成功经验总结为始终坚持党对农村工作的领导、始终坚持农民在农业农村发展中的主体地位、始终坚持与时俱进推进农村改革、始终坚持走中国特色农村发展道路。在建设社会主义现代化国家新征程上,应继续发扬党的百年农村政策的成功经验,大力推进农村产业、人才、文化、生态、组织等方面的改革和发展,加快实现乡村全面振兴。

The sixth Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Committee Proceed from the overall development of the cause of the Party and the country and deeply studied the one hundred years’ revolution, construction and reform lead by C.P.C. It also concluded the one hundred years’ achievement and experience systematacially. Among this, the achievement and experience in rural area have given one of the brightest colors. This paper finds the biggest five historical achievement of C.P.C in rural area and concludes all the successful experiences. They are always upholding the Party’s leadership over rural work, always upholding the principal position of farmers in agricultural and rural development, always upholding advancing rural reform with the times, and always upholding adhering to the path of rural development with Chinese characteristics. On the new journey of building a modern socialist country, we should Carry forward successful experience of rural policy and promote the reform and development in industry, talent, culture, ecology and organization in order to accelerate the comprehensive rural revitalization.
