地面定向钻孔超前区域治理底板岩溶水害技术应用 被引量:8

摘要 为了进一步提高矿井岩溶水害治理技术的可靠性,降低工作面水害威胁,解决矿井面临的太原组上段灰岩岩溶裂隙发育、水压高、富水性强、井下钻孔施工工程量大、施工工期长等安全技术问题,陈四楼矿在南翼2506工作面(里段)实施了底板水害地面区域治理工程,选取L;灰岩含水层作为目标层位,施工1个主孔,13个分支孔,累计钻探进尺6349.06m,累计注水泥18945t,并开展了井下钻探和物探复探验证。结果显示,通过地面区域治理钻孔高压注浆封堵,取得了良好的治理效果,将含水层改造为等效隔水层,解放了受高压强含水层威胁的煤炭资源,目前工作面已安全回采,验证了地面区域治理工程在薄层灰岩含水层水害防治的有效性。研究结果为永夏矿区及全国类似受底板高承压水危害的矿井提供了借鉴实例。 In order to enhance the mine karst water hazard control,reduce the threat of water hazard in the working face,and solve the safety technical problems faced by the mine,such as the development of limestone karst fissures in the upper section of Taiyuan formation,high water pressure,strong water yield,large quantities of underground drilling construction,long construction period,regional control engineering of floor karst water hazard is implemented in the 2506 working face south wing( inner section) of Chensilou Mine. The L;limestone aquifer is selected as the target horizon,1 main hole and 13 branch holes are constructed drilling 6349. 06 m in total,injecting 18945 t of cement in total,and the control effect is verified through underground drilling and geophysical re-exploration. The results show that,the effect is favorable,the aquifer is transformed into an equivalent aquiclude,which liberates the coal resources threatened by the high-pressure and strong aquifer. At present,the working face has been safely mined,and the ground regional control project is effective for water hazard control of thin limestone aquifer.
