摘要
为满足海洋救助船在复杂海域的救助需求,从总布置、主要性能、主推进方式比选论证和主电站的并车保护研究等方面对中型海洋救助船“东海救151”的研发设计进行分析,突破我国中型救助船设计的关键技术。该船能解决中型救助船紧凑尺度下的复杂功能集成、复杂海域的适应性要求高、抗风能力等级要求高和安全性冗余要求高等难题,为实现我国救助的战略规划打下坚实的基础。
To meet the rescue demands in the complicated sea area, the research and design of the mid-size rescue vessel DONG HAI JIU 151 is analyzed from the aspects of general arrangement, main performance, comparison and selection of main propulsion, parallel protection of power station and etc. so as to break through the key technologies in design of mid-size rescue vessel in China. The problems of integrating complex rescue functions in compact ship dimensions, high adaptability in rough sea areas, high adaptability in harsh weather conditions and the request for high safety redundancy are solved, which lays a firm foundation for the strategic rescue plan of China.
