摘要
在海工类结构建造过程的精度控制中,由于施工现场的工况较为复杂,经常会遇到无法直接观测到精度控制点的情况。对此,以某海工项目的塔架结构建造集成为例,采用目前国内海工制造业通用的精度分析软件,探讨如何将空间匹配技术与精度控制相结合,解决全站仪测量过程中控制点被遮挡的问题。介绍用于进行空间匹配的间接点布置方法,阐述在建造阶段和集成阶段采集到的间接点数据的匹配方法。通过对比,分析匹配测量与直接测量的精度差异,并提出用于进行空间匹配的间接点的布置原则。
In the precision control of offshore structure construction, it is often difficult to directly observe the precision control points due to the complicated working conditions of the construction site. The construction and assembly of an offshore gantry structure is taken as the example to discuss how to combine spatial matching technology and precision control to solve the problem that the precision control points is sheltered in the process of total station measurement, where the general purpose precision analysis software for domestic offshore construction is used. The arrangement of indirect points for spatial matching is introduced, and the matching method for the indirect point data collected in construction stage and assembly stage is elaborated. The precision difference between matching measurement and direct measurement is analyzed with comparison, and the principles of the arrangement of indirect points for spatial matching are proposed.
