长链非编码RNA调控巨噬细胞功能的作用机制研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)是一类本身不编码蛋白、转录本长度超过200 bp的RNA。lncRNA最初被认为是RNA聚合酶Ⅱ转录的副产物,是一种“噪音”,不具有生物学功能。但近年研究证实,lncRNA参与X染色体沉默、染色体修饰和基因组修饰、转录激活、转录干扰、核内运输等过程,其调控作用被越来越多研究者关注。多个研究表明lncRNA在机体炎症反应过程中发挥重要作用。作为免疫细胞的巨噬细胞在机体免疫功能发挥和炎症反应过程中居主导地位,本文就lncRNA对巨噬细胞的调控作用及机制进行综述。 Long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)is a type of RNA that does not encode proteins and has a transcript length of more than 200 bp. lncRNA was originally thought to be a by-product of RNA polymerase Ⅱ transcription and is a "noise" with no biological function. However,studies in recent years have confirmed that lncRNA is involved in X chromosome silencing,chromosome modification and genomic modification,transcriptional activation,transcriptional interference,nuclear transport and other processes,whose regulatory role is attracting more and more attention research. Many studies have shown that lncRNA plays an important role in inflammatory response of body. Macrophages as an immune cell,play a dominant role in development of immune function and inflammatory response in body. This paper reviewed regulatory role of lncRNA on macrophages and its mechanisms.
