Advances in immunotherapy targeting Aβ and Tau in Alzheimer’s disease

阿尔兹海默病(AD)是一种进行性神经退行性疾病,严重危害老年人的身心健康。目前,尚没有药物能够治愈该疾病或有效阻止该疾病的进展。免疫疗法,旨在利用免疫学手段阻止疾病进程并干预疾病发展,在AD的治疗与预防领域显示出了极大的优势。本文主要阐述AD发病机制,并对以Aβ和Tau为靶点的主动和被动免疫疗法研究进展情况进行综述。

Alzheimer’s disease(AD)is a progressive neurodegenerative disease,which seriously effects the physical and mental health of the elderly. At present,there are no drugs that can cure the disease or effectively prevent its progression.Immunotherapy,designed to use immunological means to stop disease progression and interfere with disease development,has shown great advantages in the field of AD treatment and prevention. This article mainly discusses the pathogenesis of AD,and summarizes the research progress of active and passive immunotherapy targeting Aβ and Tau.
