失控感对不同控制源类型大学生状态毅力的影响

Effect of loss of control on state grit in college students with different locus of control

目的:探讨失控感对不同控制源类型大学生状态毅力的影响。方法:选取某大学学生126名,进行Rotter内在-外在心理控制源量表(I-ES)测试,筛选出外控组和内控组各41名,然后将2组分别随机分为掌控感组和失控感组,通过回忆书写范式进行2(控制感类型:掌控感、失控感)×2(控制源:内控、外控)组间实验设计,以简式状态毅力量表(Grit-S)和迷宫任务为因变量。结果:失控感组的Grit-S总分及努力持续性维度分均高于掌控感组(均P<0.05),迷宫任务的坚持时间长于掌控感组(P<0.01);内控组的迷宫任务坚持时间长于外控组(P<0.05);控制感类型和控制源的交互作用无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:不论何种控制源类型的大学生,回忆失控的经历都可以有效诱发状态毅力。

Objective:To explore the effect of loss of control on state grit in college students with different locus of control.Methods:Totally 126 students from a certain university were selected and assessed with the Rotter’s Internal-External Locus of Control Scale(I-ES).Forty-one of them were selected and divided into the internal and external control group.The two groups were divided into a sense of control group and a sense of loss of control group randomly through the recall writing paradigm.In this study a 2(types of sense of control:sense of control,loss of control)×2(locus of control:internal control,external control)between-group design were adopted by using the Short Grit Scale(Grit-S)and maze task as experimental tasks.Results:The total scores of Grit-S and the dimension scores of effort persistence were higher in the loss of control group than in the sense of control group(Ps<0.05),and the persistence time of the maze task were longer in the loss of control group than in the sense of control group(P<0.01).The persistence time of the maze task were longer in the internal control students than in the external control students(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the interaction results of types of sense of control and locus of control(P>0.05).Conclusion:It suggests that no matter what type of locus of control college students,recalling the experience of losing control could effectively induce state grit.
