摘要
为解决小型商品包装市场的手工操作程序繁多、速度慢、生产率低、工作强度大、难以保证质量、不适应现代自动化发展等问题,提出一种集商品尺寸测量、瓦楞箱纸板切割折痕、商品包装封箱为一体化的物品包装装置的设计。通过对商品包装环节的拆解,采用红外传感技术获取商品大小,将数据传输到瓦楞纸裁剪折痕装置的STM32控制中心,切割折痕后传送到瓦楞板纸折板封箱装置,由步进电机驱动包装机构实现商品包装封箱。相较于普通包装机器,装置可实现柔性化包装,占用空间小、操作简便、效率高、成本低,同时去除了初代机的不足,性能更为可靠。
In order to solve the problems of various manual operation procedures,slow speed,low productivity,high work intensity,difficult to ensure quality and unsuitable for the development of modern automation in the small commodity packaging market,a design of article packaging device integrating commodity size measurement,corrugated box paperboard cutting crease and commodity packaging sealing is proposed.Through the disassembly of the commodity packaging link,the infrared sensing technology is used to obtain the commodity size,and the data is transmitted to the STM32 control center of the corrugated paper cutting crease device.After cutting the crease,it is transmitted to the corrugated paper folding plate sealing device,and the stepping motor drives the packaging mechanism to realize the commodity packaging sealing.Compared with the current packaging machine,the device can realize flexible packaging,with small space,simple operation,high efficiency and low cost.At the same time,it eliminates the shortcomings of the first generation machine and has more reliable performance.
