摘要
猪是重要的农业经济动物,也是生物医学研究的理想动物模型之一。自2013年首次将成簇的规律间隔短回文重复序列(CRISPR/Cas9)系统应用于哺乳动物以来,基因编辑猪在农业育种、医学研究、人源化器官生产和临床疾病治疗等多个领域取得突破性进展。文章围绕基因编辑猪的研究现状,对CRISPR/Cas9系统在猪遗传育种、人类疾病模型建立和异种器官移植等方面的应用进行综述,以期为我国养猪业健康发展和生物医药研究提供参考。
Pigs are not only important agricultural economic animals,but also ideal animal models for biomedical research.Since the initial application of the CRISPR/Cas9 CRISPR/Cas9(clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeat/CRISPR-associated protein 9,CRISPR/Cas9)system in mammals in 2013,gene-edited pigs have made breakthroughs in a number of fields including agricultural breeding,medical research,humanized organ production and clinical disease treatment.In order to provide a reference for the healthy development of animal husbandry and biomedical research in China,this paper provides a review on the application of the CRISPR/Cas9 system in genetic breeding,human disease modeling and xenotransplantation in pigs under the current status of research on gene-edited pigs.
