摘要
活性氧(ROS)是影响精液保存的一个重要因素,精液中的白细胞和线粒体呼吸链的电子泄露是产生ROS的主要来源。适量的ROS能提高精子的功能,促进精子的成熟和获能等,而过量的ROS会造成氧化应激,损害精子的结构和功能,降低保存精液的质量。因此常向稀释液中添加外源性抗氧化剂以降低精子的氧化损伤。作者综述了精液中ROS的来源、生理功能和病理作用,以及马精液的ROS清除系统和各种常用的抗氧化剂,旨在对马精液保存研究提供一定的帮助。
ROS is an important factor affecting the quality of sperm in vitro preservation.The main source of ROS is the leakage of electrons on the respiratory chain of mitochondria and leukocytes.An appropriate amount of ROS can improve sperm function,promote sperm maturation and capacitation.However,excessive ROS causes oxidative stress,damages the structure and function of sperm,and reduces the quality of preserved semen.Therefore,exogenous antibiotics are often added to the diluent to reduce oxidative damage.The authors reviewed the sources of ROS in semen,the physiological functions and pathological effects of ROS,as well as the ROS scavenging system of stallion semen and various antioxidants commonly used,aiming to provide some help for people to study stallion semen preservation.
