挤奶驴的营养需要及饲养管理研究进展

Research advance of nutritional requirements and feeding management in milking donkeys

挤奶驴养殖是一种以驴奶为主要产品的新型驴生产经营模式,在我国和欧洲一些区域都有存在。最早是家庭式的饲喂,随着养殖规模的扩大,传统家庭式的饲喂模式已不能满足生产的需要,开展科学的饲养管理并细化饲养管理技术已成为当前畜牧工作者高度关注的问题。合理的营养供给是保障挤奶驴发挥生产性能的基础,文章综述了挤奶驴的营养需要和饲养管理,探讨了圈舍设计、挤奶模式、幼驹补饲等技术要点,以期达到饲养技术操作合理简化、提高养殖场工作效率的目的。

Milking donkey breeding is a new type of donkey production and operation mode with donkey milk as the main product,which is available in my country and some regions in Europe.With the expansion of the breeding scale,the traditional family feeding mode can no longer meet the needs of production.Adopting and refining scientific feeding and management methods had become a high concern of current animal husbandry reseachers.Reasonable nutrient supply is the basis for ensuring the production performance of milking donkeys.This article summarizes the nutritional needs and feeding management of milking donkeys,and discusses the technical points such as housing design,milking mode,and supplementary feeding of young foals,in order to simplify the feeding techniques and improve the working efficiency of farm.
