微创拔牙法治疗儿童埋伏多生牙中的临床应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究应用低速直机治疗儿童埋伏多生牙的临床效果。方法选取多生牙患儿90例,随机数字表法分为两组,每组各45例。研究组采用低速直机微创拔牙,对照组采用传统拔牙方法,对比手术操作时间、术后疼痛、面部肿胀程度及鼻腔出血等情况。结果研究组手术时间短于对照组,研究组术后疼痛及面部肿胀程度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用低速直机微创拔牙法拔除儿童埋伏多生牙可以有效缩短手术时间,并降低术后患儿的不良反应。 Objective To study the clinical efficacy of the low speed straight phone for extraction of children′s impacted supernumerary teeth in the maxillary bone. Methods Ninety children were divided into two groups by the stochastic tables law,each 45 cases.The study group was treated with low speed straight phone extraction, the control group was treated with traditional extraction method, then the operation time, postoperative pain, facial swelling and nasal cavity hemorrhage situation were compared. Results The operation time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group.The postoperative pain and facial swelling degree of the study group were lower than those of the other, The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions Low speed straight phone extraction of children with maxillary impacted supernumerary tooth can effectively shorten the operation time and reduce the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions.
