架空滤池的结构设计与有限元分析

摘要 山地水厂地形起伏复杂,水处理构筑物有时需要架空后才能满足工艺要求。文中结合工程实例,对某一采用框架剪力墙结构架空滤池的设计介绍,并运用大型通用有限元软件sap2000整体建模计算,对比分析架空滤池与地面滤池两者的计算结果,重点分析滤池的底板、壁板的受力差异。结果表明架空滤池与地面滤池内力差异较大,实际工程中建议整体建模计算。文中给出合理化建议,为以后类似工程设计提供参考。 The terrain of mountain water treatment plants is complex,and the water treatment structures need to be overhead to meet the crafts requirements.Combined with an engineering example,the design of an overhead filter with frame shear wall structure was introduced using the large-scale general finite element software SAP2000 for overall modeling and calculation.By comparing and analyzing the calculation results,the stress differences between the bottom plate and wall plate of the filter was the study focus.The results show that the internal forces of overhead filter and ground filter are quite different,and it is suggested that the overall modeling and calculation should be carried out in practical engineering.Reasonable suggestions are finally given to provide reference for similar engineering design in the future.
