摘要
为了研究气候环境因素作用下预应力混凝土箱梁桥的温度分布规律,对一座5跨预制装配混凝土组合小箱梁桥开展温度场测试和有限元分析,系统分析了太阳辐射、大气温度、箱内温度及风速对箱梁温度场的影响。研究结果表明,太阳辐射强度对顶板温度和上缘温差影响较大,但对腹板温度、底板温度、横向温差和下缘温差影响较小;大气温度对箱梁外表面和内表面的影响差异很大,对外表面影响较大,对内表面基本没有影响;箱内温度只对箱内表面温度有影响;风速对箱梁外表面温度有轻微影响,对内表面温度基本没有影响。
In order to study the temperature distribution law of prestressed concrete box girder bridge under the action of climatic environmental factors related to temperature,temperature field test and finite element analysis were carried out for a 5-span precast fabricated small-box beam bridge.Effects of solar radiation,atmospheric temperature,box internal temperature,and wind speed on the temperature field of box girder are systematically analyzed.The results show that solar radiation intensity has a great influence on the temperature difference of top plate temperature and upper edge,however,it has little influence on temperature difference between the web plate temperature,bottom plate temperature,transverse temperature difference and lower edge,respectively.Atmospheric temperature has great influence on outer surface,it basically has no influence on the inner surface.The internal temperature of the box only affects the inner surface temperature.Wind speed has a slight effect on outer surface temperature of box,and it has little effect on inner surface temperature.
