藏羊与小尾寒羊不同部位脂肪组织特性对比 被引量:3

Comparison of adipose tissue characteristics in different parts of Tibetan sheep and Small-Tailed Han sheep

摘要 试验旨在探究藏羊不同部位脂肪组织结构特点及其与小尾寒羊脂肪组织结构的差异。选择健康8月龄藏羊和小尾寒羊各5只,不区分雌、雄,利用常规组织学染色方法对两种羊不同部位脂肪组织结构及其脂肪细胞形态进行研究。结果显示,藏羊大网膜脂肪细胞及尾部脂肪细胞形态多样;两种羊不同部位的脂肪细胞平均直径、面积、数量均存在差异;藏羊肾周脂肪、尾部脂肪的平均直径和面积均显著大于小尾寒羊(P<0.05);小尾寒羊的尾部、肾周脂肪数量均显著高于藏羊(P<0.05)。研究表明,不同尾型绵羊不同部位脂肪组织结构特点不一,且脂肪组织沉积能力不同。 The purpose of the experiment was to explore the structural characteristics of adipose tissue in different parts of Tibetan sheep and its differences with the adipose tissue structure of Small-Tailed Han sheep.In the experiment,five healthy eight-month-old Tibetan sheep and five Small-Tailed Han sheep were selected,the female and male were not distinguished.The structure of adipose tissue and the morphology of adipocytes in different parts of the two breed of sheep were studied by conventional histological staining methods.The results showed that the morphology of adipocytes in the greater omentum and tail of Tibetan sheep were diverse.The average diameter,area and number of adipocytes in different parts of the two sheep were different.The average diameter and area of perirenal fat and tail fat of Tibetan sheep were significantly larger than that of Small-Tailed Han sheep(P<0.05).The number of tail and perirenal fat of Small-Tailed Han sheep was significantly higher than that of Tibetan sheep(P<0.05).The study indicates that the structural characteristics of adipose tissue in different parts of sheep with different tail types are different,and the deposition ability of adipose tissue is different.
