1例猫急性肾衰的诊疗体会

Diagnosis and treatment of a cat with acute renal failure

急性肾功能衰竭指肾功能突然下降,特征为无法调节体液、电解质和酸碱平衡。近年来,该病发病率呈逐年增加趋势。一患猫通过超声、血常规、生化和血气等诊断方法确诊为急性肾衰竭,实施尿道造口术并对症治疗。文章对该病例的症状、诊断与治疗进行了分析阐述,以期为临床治疗相关疾病的诊疗提供参考。

Acute renal failure refers to a sudden decline in kidney function characterized by an inability to regulate fluid,electrolyte,and acid-base balance.In recent years,the incidence of the disease has been increasing year by year.A cat was diagnosed with acute renal failure by ultrasound,blood routine,biochemical and blood gas diagnostic methods,and underwent urethrostomy and symptomatic treatment.The article analyzes the symptoms,diagnosis and treatment of the case,in order to provide a reference for the diagnosis and treatment of clinical treatment-related diseases.
