当今世界正面临百年未见之大变局。其主要变化趋向体现在新兴市场群体快速崛起、大国实力对比快速变化、全球治理体系快速变革、区域合作格局快速调整、世界经济中心快速转移等重要层面。2020年初爆发、迄今仍在全球肆意蔓延的世纪疫灾,更从多个重要层面明显加速了世界百年大变局的演进态势。中国与世界在百年大变局中形成密切关联和高度互动关系:中国是世界百年之变的强劲动因,世界是中国百年之兴的厚重背景。为应对世纪疫灾、加速世界变局造成的外部环境和全球局势的深广变化,中国必须加速构建新发展格局,并全力打造新发展格局下的新开放布局。

The world today is facing major changes unseen in a century.The main change trends are reflected in several important aspects,including the rapid rise of emerging market groups,the rapid change of the strength of big countries,the rapid change of global governance system,the rapid adjustment of regional cooperation pattern and the rapid transfer of world economic centers.The COVID-19 epidemic,which broke out in early 2020 and is still spreading wantonly around the world,obviously accelerated the evolution of great changes in the world from several important aspects.China and the world have formed close and highly interactive relationship i in the past century of profound changes:China is the strong motivation of the century-long change of the world,and the world is the heavy background of China's century-long prosperity.In order to cope with the epidemic situation and accelerate the profound changes in the external environment and global situation caused by the world change,China must speed up the construction of a new development pattern and make every effort to create a new opening layout under the new development pattern.
