摘要
由于疾病本身、治疗以及并存其他疾病,HIV/AIDS患者面临着一系列生理心理的症状,HIV/AIDS患者症状评估工具作为症状评估的主要方法,对其诊断、干预和护理均具有重要意义。本研究对国内外HIV/AIDS患者症状评估工具的测评内容、评分方式、信效度、应用现状及优缺点等进行综述,旨在为HIV/AIDS患者症状评估工具的本土化发展,临床工作者选择合适的评估工具并开展相关研究提供参考依据。
People living with HIV(PWLH) may face many physical and psychological problems. The HIV/AIDS symptom assessment tool, mainly for symptom evaluation, is of great significance for HIV diagnosis, intervention, and care. This article reviews the assessment tools regarding the contents, scoring scale, reliability and validity, application status, and advantages and disadvantages, aiming to provide references for the localized development of assessment tools for PLWH and for clinical workers to select appropriate assessment tools and carry out related research.
