推动城乡融合发展既是实现乡村振兴的重要路径,也是实现中国特色城镇化的重要内容。从城乡产业融合、市场融合、文化融合、生态融合四个维度推进城乡融合发展是推进乡村振兴的重要举措:通过保证农业的发展夯实城乡产业融合发展的基础,以大农业观构建城乡新型产业体系,推动城乡产业融合;通过继续推进农村市场化建设,在完善农村基本经营制度的基础上加快构建新型农业经营体系,推进城乡市场融合;通过挖掘和保护传统乡土文化,加强城乡文化互动,推动城乡文化融合;通过重新审视乡村生态功能的基础,构建城乡融合的生态治理体系,重塑城乡生态环境共生关系,推动城乡生态融合。通过以上四个方面的深度有机融合,实现要素配置的城乡均衡、经济发展的城乡联动、文化发展的城乡共同繁荣、环境治理的城乡共生,缩小城乡差距,推进实现乡村振兴。

Promoting the integration of urban and rural development is an important way to achieve rural revitalization and an important content of urbanization with Chinese characteristics.The integration of urban and rural industries,market integration,cultural integration and ecological integration is an important measure to promote rural revitalization.The integration of urban and rural industries could be achieved by guaranteeing the development of agriculture,consolidating the foundation of the integration of urban and rural industries,and building a new industrial system of urban and rural areas with a view to enhancing agriculture.The integration of urban and rural markets could be achieved by continuing to promote the market-oriented construction of rural areas and accelerating the construction of a new agricultural management system on the basis of improving the basic rural management system.The cultural integration between urban and rural areas could be achieved by excavating and protecting traditional local culture,strengthening cultural interaction between urban and rural areas.On the basis of re-examining the rural ecological function,the ecological governance system of urban and rural integration is constructed and the symbiotic relationship between urban and rural ecological environment is reconstructed to promote urban and rural ecological integration.Through the deep and organic integration of the above four aspects,the balanced allocation of factors between urban and rural areas,the linkage of economic development between urban and rural areas,the common prosperity of cultural development between urban and rural areas,and the symbiosis of environmental governance between urban and rural areas can be achieved,so as to narrow the gap between urban and rural areas and promote the realization of rural revitalization.
