摘要
某海上平台316L不锈钢液控管线发生泄漏,采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、金相检验、扫描电镜和能谱分析等方法,并结合不锈钢液控管线的实际工况,分析管线泄漏的原因。结果表明:该不锈钢液控管线发生泄漏是表面受损和环境介质共同作用所致;在管线安装过程中,其与相邻管线或设备之间发生摩擦,管线外表面钝化膜破损,在含卤族元素的海洋大气环境中钝化膜来不及修复,使管线外表面发生腐蚀,最后在Cl;的加速作用下发生点蚀穿孔导致管线泄漏。
The 316 L stainless steel hydraulic control pipeline on an offshore platform was leaked. Using macroscopic observation, chemical composition analysis, metallographic inspection, scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis, and combined with actual working conditions of stainless steel hydraulic control pipeline. The cause of pipeline leakage was analyzed. The results showed that leakage of stainless steel hydraulic control pipeline was caused by the combined effect of surface damage and environmental media. During pipeline installation process, friction occurred between it and adjacent pipelines or equipment, and the passivation film on the outer surface of pipeline was damaged. In the marine atmosphere containing halogen elements, the passivation film was too late to repair, which caused corrosion of outer surface of pipeline. Finally, pitting and perforation occurred under the acceleration of Cl^(-)to cause leakage of pipeline.
